Proof, as if you need it, that we are all linked in ways we cannot begin to understand or take the time to try. Wonderful story of friendship. Thanks for sharing.

Oh my. Been there. Our program was two weeks, but fewer pills, I think. Loved it and hated it. It's worth it, but ridiculous at the same time. In the final measure, I think I'm glad it's you and not me.

Lovely story, friend. Very Love Actuallyish. You should write for a living. My sister recently left me. I'm the townie, as it turns out and everyone else has slowly moved away. Since she raised me and we've never been more than an hour apart, it's been difficult. So, 18 months, eh? Okay... I hope that's all I need. It's been about six.

Good to see you back. I've checked every so often on here to see if you were blogging, but figured you had a good reason for not doing so.

Love the photo!! :o)

Oscar

Thanks for the comment.

The rural roads round our way vary wildly so I consciously seek out the flattest line. As I have *never* had any issues with my right leg (save the usual tweaks and aches), I can only deduce that it was the course roads. That said, at 120-150kms, perhaps my six week old shoes were not worn in enough, though I doubt it.

Cheers

Hello Mate

Well done, that's a good stretch.

You may have got your injury by running on the cambered edge of the road - it's more common than people realise, and could have been developing before the half-marathon.

Oscar
